Join a leading manufacturer and service provider group in the Arabian Gulf. The company has a broad experience in the foodservice industry allowing it to achieve the highest level of development and long-term efficiency. Due to its significant growth and its extremely high turnover, our client is currently looking for a Production Manager to be located in Dammam, Eastern Provence, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
• Operational meetings with production team leaders for KPI monitoring and reporting
• Implement 5S and visual management in production floor
• Implement SMED, TPM and other lean tools to reduce machines’ setup time in fabrication line
• Apply lean manufacturing tools to increase efficiency, quality, on-time delivery and reduce costs in all assembly lines
• Maintain up to date the skills matrix and constantly develop production people for an ease increase in productivity when sales require
• Participate on company OKR program and setup production OKRs which contribute on achieving company’s yearly goals
• Creating with HR a strategy for an optimal recruitment, people retaining, evaluation system, people motivation
• Implementing into the factory team the zero defects mentality for helping the company to become the best in their business
• Responsible along with R&D manager for introducing new technology according with company’s needs and developing purposes
• Ensure the entire team knows and follows company’s policy

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in production management (managing a team of 40+ staff)
• Solid knowledge with proven expertise in implementing lean manufacturing techniques and tools in the production flow
• Bachelor Degree, technical engineering preferably
• Fluent English skills
• Experience and / or education in metal sheet fabrication (laser cutting, bending, welding) is preferably
• Experience in a multinational company
• Good knowledge of quality management system
• Strong leadership skills
• Team player
• Ability to delegate, set expectations, monitor progress
