Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering – buildings
• Project Management training and/or certification issued by a national or international certification body ( nice to have )
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Construction Project Manager
• Minimum 3 projects delivered
• Driver’s license cat B
• Proficient in English (entry-level)
• Good computer skills, project management software, other software used in construction
• Good knowledge of the local construction market

Responsibilities

• Acting as Project Manager, company’s representative in constructions contracts for retail-commercial projects
• Assuring the implementation of the company’s methodology in delivering buildings for clients of the company (retail commercial tenants)
• Identify, select, negotiate and prepare contract signing with construction companies (usually general contractors)
• Deliver project management services in all project phases
• Coordinating the project management team
• Managing project scope, cost, quality, and risks
• Estimating the project cost
• Estimating and sourcing project resources
• Managing project contractors and contracts
• Monitoring and controlling the projects in all phases

• *This role involves travel to all cities around Romania where the company prepares projects and to head-quarter in Bucharest. Short-term project locations for 2021: Piatra Neamt, Brasov, and Craiova.
